With the holidays quickly approaching, we want to keep you informed of our planned closures. Please take inventory of your food, appointment and prescription needs ahead of these closures!

We will reopen on December 1^st at 9:00am**

 **SPECIAL HOURS for December 1^st through December 4^th 9am-3pm are office hours ONLY   NO APPOINTMENTS, NO DOCTOR, NO TECHS

December 5^th through December 7^th

We will reopen on December 8^th at 7:30am

December 24^th through December 28^th

We will reopen on December 29^th at 7:30am

December 31^st we are open from 7:30am to 12pm

Closed January 1^st through January 4^th

We will reopen on January 5^th at 7:30am
